Vintage, Reinvented — Bold-Color Originals for Modern Living

Vintage, Reinvented is an original rug series that brings vintage into modern living without pastiche. We redrew Oushak/Persian medallions, floral palmettes, and guard borders from scratch, then simplified linework and spacing so the pieces feel calm at a distance and richly layered up close.



Our color strategy is bold yet livable: nine palettes translate heritage motifs into contemporary moods—Sand Drift Fade, Indigo Court, Slate-Garnet, Misty Sage, Forest Patina, Pastel Meadow, Porcelain Blue & Taupe, Blush Rose, and Merlot Crest. Each uses controlled abrash to add depth while coordinating with today’s interiors from Japandi to New Traditional.



The construction turns aesthetics into everyday comfort: a faux-cashmere microfiber face for soft hand and low sheen; a nonwoven stabilizer to keep artwork crisp; TPR anti-slip for safety; and a breathable cotton underlayer to protect floors. Total thickness ~5.5 mm fits under doors and dining chairs; edges are color-bound for durability.



Design files are engineered as non-directional repeats, so 5×7, 8×10, and runner sizes read continuously with no tiling artifacts. Care is simple—vacuum, spot clean; an optional cold-wash spec (flat-dry, no heat) can be provided. Packaging can include reduced-plastic folded sets and recycled content in the backing.



This is original work—not recolors of stock prints—crafted to make vintage feel fresh, expressive, and genuinely usable in contemporary homes. This series balances depth (controlled abrash, softened borders) with serenity, delivering one coherent story that scales from airy pastels to deep indigos—consistent, livable, and ready for production.
