LEAD SOFA is a new home furnishing brand centered on leather sofas. In a 13,200 square feet space, it features five themed zones. With the concept of “immersive five-senses experience”, the design adopts a multi-zoned, non-linear layout without rigid boundaries to strengthen brand identity through deep sensory engagement. Breaking away from stereotypical furniture display, the overall design emphasizes“leather”to shape a spatial vocabulary of curves, slanted walls, and sculptural forms to progressively unhold the five-senses experience through visual, tactile, and the rhythm felt in the space.

The space draws inspiration from leather, transforming its qualities of flexibility, suppleness, and natural creases into a design language of perception, transition, and scale. Through visuality, tactile, and spatial flows, the texture of leather and the brand’s aesthetic for lifestyle are made tangible and touchable, shaping an interactive environment for product presentation. In alignment with the brand’s name and its four core philosophies—L: Leather, Lobby, Living Room, Lifestyle—the space is organized into five themed zones: Lobby, Living Room, Bar & Lounge, Study & Art, and Mattress, creating a cohesive and immersive experience for customers.
