About The Entry

MOO is the leading design company specializing in premium branded merch and print materials for challenger brands like Glossier, Airbnb, Etsy, TED, and Uber. At its core, MOO believes that great design can empower individuals, democratize creativity, and enhance relationships for almost 20 years. In 2023, MOO invested in remodeling its London Office – achieving a workplace atmosphere that aligns with its brand’s values, personality, and Work 2.0 hybrid model.

In collaboration with Trifle Creative, MOO approached the redesign of its London Office with the goal of building a workspace that not only celebrates MOO’s brand but also engages the people who come to work in it. As previously being a 20,000 sqft restaurant, MOO and Trifle Creative had a challenge on their hands.

The team understood the importance of creating a space that supports new ways of flexible working. Taking advantage of pre-existing architectural features and furniture on the first floor, the reconfiguration results in a highly collaborative zone, including a café space with a light and airy atmosphere that promotes connection. The second floor is dedicated to “focus work” with a work zone, tea station (in honor of its England atmosphere), and multiple meeting rooms.

The office space embodies the company’s values, reinforcing brand identity and culture while engaging employees, impressing clients, and setting the brand apart. By using MOO’s color palette across key touchpoints, the space builds trust, credibility, and recognition.

According to a recent study by Pumble, 48% of employees agreed that the look and feel of an office impacts their opinion of a company. After the pandemic, MOO implemented Work 2.0, a specially crafted hybrid model. It asks for just two days a week in the office for Hybrid employees to build connections with both colleagues and the company itself, giving employees, especially Gen Zers, the flexibility to balance their work and life that they crave.

MOO’s investment in the London Office and taking a closer look at the needs of employees has resulted in creating an inspiring and supportive workspace that amps up productivity, creativity, and employee well-being.
