This project centers on the transformation of a fifty-year-old apartment complex into a remarkable mixed-use commercial and residential building, poised to become a new urban landmark that exudes understated luxury. Drawing inspiration from the exquisite coral-inspired architecture of the BULGARI Resort Dubai, the facade artfully combines alternating black and white vertical and horizontal geometric elements. This thoughtful interplay not only creates a striking visual contrast but also ensures that the design harmonizes with the surrounding historic buildings, which are distinguished by their classical hues. Moreover, the elegant facade initiates a dynamic dialogue with its architectural neighbors, enhancing the aesthetic and cultural fabric of the neighborhood. Consequently, this development is poised to firmly establish itself as a prominent new landmark in the vibrant heart of Taipei, blending modern sophistication with a deep respect for the city’s rich heritage.

This innovative project features two beautifully designed buildings, harmoniously blending ground-floor retail spaces with the dynamic streetfront atmosphere. In contrast, the upper floors are dedicated to residential units, offering a sense of privacy and comfort. To further enhance the living experience, the shared amenities are thoughtfully inspired by the luxurious essence of W HOTEL and Bvlgari boutiques. Notable highlights include an elegant lounge, dedicated influencer livestreaming zones, and specialized K-pop rehearsal rooms. These curated spaces collectively embody the understated sophistication of a high-end residence.

Moreover, the residential lobby acts as both a social threshold and a vibrant cultural convergence point. The striking brick walls symbolize stability and pay homage to the historical significance of traditional architecture. In addition, the incorporation of rattan weaving and lanterns brings to life the charm of temple fairs and artisanal crafts, creating an inviting ambiance. By skillfully abstracting elements of Taiwan's rich cultural heritage, these design features blend seamlessly into the fabric of contemporary living. As a result, the project transforms into timeless spaces that not only celebrate cultural memory but also foster a profound sense of belonging among residents.
