SERENITY REALM

Amidst Hangzhou’s thriving Yuncheng, Serenity Realm emerges as Binjiang Group’s fifth landmark, nestled in the vibrant Cangqian Tianjie hub. Crafted for contemporary elites, it embodies a sanctuary where the city’s dynamism meets tranquil living—a gateway to urban energy outside, a haven of peace within.



Clouds, formless and boundless, drift in effortless grace. The design translates this imagery with a modern touch: marble veins on the wall cascade like a flowing cloud waterfall, while a wave-like geometric matrix ripples like shifting cloud shadows.



At the reception desk, marble veils shimmer like mist, while lights interweave like soft cloud-glow falling—stillness breathes with life. Wall-lamps, stars in a geometric constellation, hush the backdrop; here, the heart settles as the self slips into quietude. Light, spilling from the curved ceiling, drifts down like sky-leakage, lightly cloaking the marble counter.



Stepping into the water-bar is like bringing the whole autumn of West Lake indoors. Inspired by Hangzhou’s local culture, the design takes the ginkgo as its motif and paints the room with poetry. Beneath the diffuse glow of the metal ceiling, the celadon-jade bar glows with a luxury that still whispers elegance.



Amid the bustle, serenity within, Serenity Realm blends the tranquil poetry of Jiangnan's heritage with the dynamic pulse of the digital age, creating a haven for discerning individuals. Here, every departure and return becomes a serene art of living. The cloud-inspired realm is now complete, awaiting those seeking a true home.
