This design responds to the evolution of residential needs from basic functionality to experiential living and emotional well-being. Guided by residents’ real lifestyle patterns, it uses a scenario-based approach to create living environments that adapt to different family stages and support social interaction, growth, and long-term comfort. The design transcends traditional functional layouts, integrating emotional value and growth-driven flexibility into each space.

The kitchen-dining area becomes the emotional center of the home. Through dual strategies of maximized storage and curated display, it transforms from a space solely for meal preparation into a place for family interaction, gathering, and sharing. The study, themed around exploring nature and celebrating local culture, supports parent-child activities and evolves from a practical workspace into a memory-building setting. The children’s room features height-adjustable furniture and expandable storage, supporting long-term development and minimizing future renovation needs. Meanwhile, the bathroom adopts an integrated and refined layout, optimizing traffic flow and incorporating double vanities and multifunctional storage to deliver comfort within limited space.

A “warm and healing modern” aesthetic replaces conventional cold minimalism with soft colors, natural textures, and calm compositions. This restrained yet emotional design language builds resonance and creates a tranquil living atmosphere connected to the surrounding landscape.

The core feature of the project lies in seamlessly integrating standardized residential principles with local lifestyle needs, ensuring practicality while generating emotional memory points in each space. Sustainability is achieved through efficient planning, multifunctional design, and long-term adaptability, reducing material waste and avoiding repeated renovations. By promoting a lifestyle that is simple, relaxed, and poetic, the design enhances the daily living experience and provides a meaningful reference for contemporary residential upgrades, balancing functionality, aesthetics, emotional value, and sustainable living.
