About The Entry

As populations age worldwide, recovery and rehabilitation have become central to maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life. Yet for millions of older adults, the path to recovery after injury or illness remains fragmented and isolating. Exercises are difficult to sustain, progress is hard to measure, and family caregivers often shoulder the burden of worry and uncertainty.

Rehab was created to transform this experience. It is a human-centered digital companion that brings structure, encouragement, and peace of mind to both patients and caregivers. Designed for the realities of aging, Rehab makes consistent physical therapy accessible and empowering, right at home.

For older adults, Rehab acts as both a personal physical therapist and a supportive friend. Through natural voice check-ins and adaptive AI, it personalizes daily exercise plans that respond to each individual’s need and comfort levels. Real-time video feedback ensures safe movement and proper form, while gentle encouragement from both the system and loved ones helps build confidence and accountability over time.

For caregivers, Rehab turns uncertainty into clarity. Daily summaries, progress charts, and simple visual insights replace guesswork with reassurance. It provides emotional relief – offering visibility instead of worry, connection instead of distance. Caregivers can follow recovery, share encouragement, and feel meaningfully involved, even from afar.

Rehab was designed with empathy at every touchpoint: intuitive interfaces for older users, emotionally intelligent AI, and thoughtful features that strengthen connection rather than dependency. In a world where adherence to home exercise can be as low as 21% and caregiver burnout affects over half of families, Rehab redefines what recovery can look like: smart, supportive, and deeply human.
