About The Entry

Nestled in Yuzhao Valley of Maojianshan Township, Yuexi, Anhui, Seven Realms·Wild Luxury unfolds along the natural slopes, tucked between mist and woodland while blending seamlessly into the mountain texture. It carries a relaxed, wild-luxury atmosphere.

The project spans 5,000㎡ in total area, with approximately 1,700㎡ of built space. It includes 14 guest rooms and multifunctional areas such as an East-West fusion restaurant, café, bar, and a cultural bookstore. The seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces allows the travel experience to extend effortlessly into the natural sur-roundings.

Materials feature custom-blended artisanal coatings on all walls, of-fering raw textures and a warm touch. Generous use of natural wood preserves the original wood grain, allowing material authenticity to define the spatial character.

Guided by the design concept of "Return to Truest Essence," the archi-tecture rejects excessive ornamentation and reconnects with the essen-tial relationship between building and nature. Drawing from the tex-tures of forest and slope, it softens the boundary between structure and environment, becoming an organic extension of the landscape.

A low-saturation color palette unifies visual boundaries. Guest rooms are simplified through minimalist furnishings and deliberate voids, creating a serene and harmonious sensory environment. Structure itself serves as an aesthetic language—returning to essence through simplic-ity, and offering occupants a sense of envelopment, security, and com-fort.
