In the absence of a solution to the climate crisis, with food production gradually decreasing with the climate crisis, what will people eat in decades and centuries if food production cannot support the needs of all? This project will explore existing insects with high nutritional value that are being consumed in some parts of the world, and investigate how edible insects can be turned into food that is acceptable to the general public.
