The spatial details of Lianfa · Island Ring New Vitality focus on the dual needs of "practicality and growth". The unit layout adopts the "load-bearing walls placed at the edges" design to release flexible space. The 60-80㎡ area reserves convertible interfaces, adapting to the transition from single-person living to family life stages. The innovative 1.5-bathroom / 1.9-bathroom configuration resolves morning rush hour usage conflicts, while the kitchen layout balances storage and cooking needs.

The garden connects 21,000㎡ of greenery through "pocket parks + linear greenways", incorporating rest areas and pet-friendly lawns. It is paired with non-slip permeable materials and sensor lighting to balance nature and safety. The public spaces feature modular custom boxes covering functions such as study and fitness, integrated with smart configurations and stain-resistant materials. This seamlessly links lightweight social interaction with daily practicality, using meticulous details to let small spaces carry a high-quality life.
