This ring draws inspiration from the name of the Song poem, Butterflies Lingering Over Flowers, using natural imagery as a metaphor for unwavering love. The entwined motifs are transformed into a globally resonant jewelry symbol, while the dynamic form and mixed materials embody an understated romanticism of Eastern aesthetics, evoking a ritual of a lifelong bond between two souls.

The ring setting takes its form from the fluttering butterfly and layered flower petals. Through delicate openwork craftsmanship and the interlacing of micro-set diamonds (D-E color grade, IF clarity), it constructs a layered spatial imagery where butterflies circle the flower and petals mirror its fluttering form. Along the band, diamonds shimmer like morning dew, their cool brilliance forming a striking contrast to the crimson of the unheated pigeon blood ruby. With the flow of light, it brings to life the vitality of butterflies gliding through flowers. Breaking free from conventional symmetry, the ring band imitates the natural arcs of butterfly wings and flower petals. Its gradient curve ensures a comfortable fit on both hands, achieving a balance between artistic tension and ergonomic ease. The openwork edges are smoothly finished and carefully crafted to prevent snagging, embodying the modern jewelry philosophy: “Form follows function.”

The center stone is an unheated raw pigeon blood ruby, whose natural inclusions and rare hue are preserved—mirroring the purity and uniqueness of love. The contrast between the cool-toned platinum setting and the crimson ruby creates a visual balance of warmth and coolness, symbolizing the purity of commitment and the intensity of love. Crafted from 18K gold, the structure supports complex openwork and resists corrosion, ensuring lasting brilliance. The diamond setting technique enhances the ruby’s brilliance and clarity, while both the gold and diamonds are 100% recyclable and reusable—affirming a commitment to sustainability and the circular economy in the jewelry industry.
