Inspired by the intuitive gesture of swiping on a smartphone, the spatial concept introduces a continuous, curved circulation that allows visitors to “slide” through different zones of discovery. Products, consultation points, and immersive displays unfold sequentially, guiding customers towards informed and confident decisions instead of impulse purchases.
AI-assisted services are seamlessly embedded into the journey, enabling personalised recommendations while preserving a warm, human-centred atmosphere. The space operates as a stage where dialogue between people, technology, and consultants becomes central to the retail experience.
Material transitions, layered lighting, and soft boundaries reinforce a sense of flow and theatricality, dissolving conventional divisions between browsing, consultation, and after-sales support.
