The project takes "White Professionalism, Orange Warmth" as its core, materializing the brand spirit into a perceptible spatial vocabulary. The design begins with a ceremonial welcome at the double-arched entrance, extending into rounded interior corners to create a fluid, approachable visual narrative. To strengthen the focal point of the brand identity, the logo feature wall is specially crafted with a coarse-textured material, creating a sharp contrast with the surrounding smooth surfaces. Highlight the brand's insignia significance through the tactile interplay of texture and recessed lighting. Beside it, a warm orange curvilinear form with embedded lighting serves as an inviting end view. The installation ensures that, from the moment visitors enter, they can clearly recognize the spatial impression and experience the dual brand values of professionalism and warmth.
The continuous curved walls and radius corners not only create ambiance but also integrate reception, relaxation, and consultation functions within the open public realm. The layout naturally forms an intuitive, smooth circular route that minimizes sharp angles and visual obstructions, ensuring safe movement for all. Rounded low tables, built-in seating, and a curved bar counter invisibly define various zones while maintaining an expansive field of vision. Furthermore, screens are placed in the consultation area to create a semi-open, tranquil environment for conversation, preserving a degree of independence and privacy. Comprehensively interprets the "people-oriented" brand philosophy of meticulous service.
As a phased sales center, the design team cleverly uses cost-effective materials, including low-formaldehyde wood boards, water-based, eco-friendly coatings, and recyclable construction materials. The options successfully create a high-specification professional image within a modest budget, embodying a "lightweight, high-quality" spatial strategy. Moreover, the design team employed modular methods during construction processes to reduce on-site waste and implement green building concepts. Widely used indirect light sources and energy-saving LED fixtures to reduce glare and significantly lower daily energy consumption. Additionally, the furniture and modular storage cabinetry feature reusable structural designs, facilitating future disassembly and recycling.
