ARTISTIC MANSION

ARTISTIC MANSION is designed around the idea of natural artistic living, with the intention of creating a more comfortable and emotionally balanced relationship between urban life and nature. The landscape unfolds along a north south central axis, while a 2,500 square meter oxygen forest serves as the visual and spatial centerpiece of the community. Chinese tallow trees, waterside lawns, and layered arrival pathways together establish a quiet residential atmosphere hidden within the city. Along the journey home, residents experience changing light, tree shadows, breeze, and seasonal scenery, which together create a calmer and more immersive living environment.

A central water landscape system connects the entrance, courtyard, and leisure areas throughout the project. Nearly 700 square meters of water features introduce a continuous and tranquil spatial rhythm across the community. The reflective entrance water wall strengthens the sense of arrival, while the quiet water courtyard in the central area creates a slower and more peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Water, planting, and natural light together shape a landscape environment with a refined artistic character and a strong sense of everyday warmth, allowing the outdoor space to provide emotional comfort beyond visual appreciation.

The design also responds to the daily activity needs of different age groups. A 980 meter aerobic pathway runs throughout the community and naturally links children’s play areas, youth sports spaces, and senior activity zones. The children’s area combines interactive play equipment with colorful paving to enhance both safety and enjoyment. The youth activity zone includes a standard badminton court for exercise and social interaction, while the senior plaza focuses on comfort, safety, and relaxation. Together, these spaces establish a more complete all age community lifestyle.

The planting strategy follows the principles of diversity, ecological suitability, and seasonal scenery. A total of 102 species of trees, shrubs, and groundcover plants create rich and natural landscape layers throughout the year. Healing gardens and leisure gathering spaces integrate aromatic planting, perennial flowers, and shaded landscape corridors, allowing nature to become more than a visual element within the community.
