Located in Chengdu, China, the Willow Realm project encompasses a total gross floor area of approximately 150,000 square meters. The development comprises 15 mid- to high-rise residential buildings, delivering 818 dwelling units with a plot ratio of 2.5. The master plan is organized around a central landscape axis that connects to surrounding park nodes, forming a spatial framework that balances axial order with semi-enclosed configurations. This approach ensures residential privacy while maximizing access to shared landscape resources.

Street-facing, block-style commercial spaces activate the urban edge and are planned to connect with the adjacent northern commercial plot in future phases, strengthening community–city interaction and extending the project’s urban influence. The architectural expression adopts a modern minimalist language aligned with contemporary commercial-grade design. Extensive glass curtain walls, combined with refined detailing, elevate both residential identity and perceived quality. The facade is articulated through a classic tripartite composition, with slim profiles and golden-ratio proportions redefining architectural rhythm. The “cloud-curtain” envelope responds dynamically to light and shadow, creating a luminous and panoramic visual effect. Materially, a solid stone base is paired with finely crafted metal framing, addressing quality and experiential considerations from both macro and micro scales, and achieving a refined dialogue between metal and stone.

The sales gallery draws inspiration from the spatial logic of classical Chinese gardens, orchestrating a sequence of layered courtyards anchored by a fully sunken water courtyard to create a rich, multi-dimensional landscape experience. A ceremonial 70-meter arrival circulation—enhanced by 50 meters of luxury stone paving and an 8-meter cantilevered eave—establishes a grand and dignified entrance, reinforcing the project’s sense of prestige and residential identity.
