PaySpot needed a white-label wallet that could launch fast, stay compliant across markets, and still feel effortless for end users. The key challenge was balancing customization (for multiple partner brands) with a consistent, trustworthy core experience—across onboarding, payouts, multi-currency balances, ACH withdrawals, transaction history, and virtual prepaid cards.
Prime Division designed the PaySpot White-Label Wallet MVP for iOS and Android, powered by a token-based design system and an accessible UI foundation (WCAG 2.1 AA). A dynamic branding layer enables partners to reskin logos, colors, and tone without breaking usability. The onboarding flow was redesigned to feel more human and less intimidating, using a friendly cartoon character and a clear progress bar that guides users step-by-step.
The result is a minimal, clean wallet experience optimized for trust and clarity—easy to adapt for new partners, and easy for users to complete. The streamlined onboarding reduced unnecessary steps and contributed to a noticeable increase in completion rates, helping PaySpot position itself as a wallet enabler rather than “just another payment provider.”
