This project is centered around the contemporary expression of traditional elements, integrating the mythical creature Qilin, water system texture, garden design, and intangible cultural heritage skills into a small space. It enables cultural treasures to emerge from history and transform into tangible aesthetic experiences. Here, time and space converse, nature and culture coexist, and every detail is a contemporary interpretation of the spirit of Gusu.

The reception area begins with a sequence along the central axis of balance and order. The rich green stone combined with simple wood finishes, through a simple yet solemn color contrast, portrays the grandeur and magnificence of the Eastern ritual. Just as the "Record of Rites" states: "Rituals require reciprocity; if one gives without receiving, it is not a ritual." The space conveys respect through details, making each encounter a cultural dialogue.

The water bar area is inspired by the "mountains and rivers standing tall, with silk patterns flowing and shining". It transforms the grandeur of natural mountains and forests and the "weaving interweaving" of the Song brocade weaving technique into a spatial narrative. The water bar counter maintains the grand and imposing atmosphere of the space. The antique copper luster of the background wall and the flowing texture of the blue-gray marble counter complement each other, along with the black and white checkered floor pattern. The overall spatial language is like the majestic and solemn mountain ridges, or the winding and flowing patterns of brocade.

The negotiation area is named "Linyou Painting Realm", inspired by the serene imagery of the unicorn wandering through the garden. The space is based on the philosophical concept of "changing scenes with each step" in Suzhou gardens, and through the abstract translation of the "Eighteen Scholars Scroll", distinct functional areas are delineated. Classic elements such as doors, corridors, and eaves are deconstructed into simple geometric lines, either suspended from the ceiling or hidden behind the walls, reinterpreting the poetic charm of the garden in modern design language.
