The design centers on French elegance and modern functionality, creating an ideal home for a small family. The concept, “French + Creamy,” employs low-saturation warm tones and classical lines to balance family interaction, pet-friendly living, and practical functionality, creating a harmonious space that fosters emotional connection.

A key feature is the full-cycle family functional adaptation. A children’s play area in the living room includes custom storage that grows with the child, while an independent children’s room and pet room support both family and pet needs. The master suite combines sleeping, walk-in closet, reading area, and bathroom, offering privacy and efficiency.

Spatial restructuring optimizes circulation and functionality. The living and dining areas open up to the east balcony, expanding the view. The kitchen is extended to include a combined Chinese kitchen and bar area, encouraging family interaction while controlling cooking fumes. The public bathroom’s window is replaced with a door for better ventilation, while the master bathroom uses art glass for privacy and natural light.

High-efficiency storage is integrated throughout, with precise organization for shoes, baby items, pet supplies, and clothing. Custom cabinets and USM storage units maintain a neat and visually appealing environment.

Design techniques include optimizing views and lighting, with art glass introducing indirect light and opening the balcony for natural illumination. Load-bearing columns are softened through functional design, blending them into cabinetry and furnishings. The layout includes flexible, multi-functional modules, such as a multifunctional master suite and integrated children’s storage area, to maximize space efficiency.
