Marceau House

The design of Marceau House was inspired by the concept of creating a modern urban home that balances aesthetics, functionality and comfort. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Sydney, the project aims to maximise natural light and spatial efficiency within a compact site. The design employs clean lines, layered volumes, and carefully positioned openings to establish a contemporary identity while maintaining harmony with the surrounding environment. The design also focuses on creating a seamless connection between indoor living spaces and outdoor areas to enhance the rituals of everyday family life.

The project distinguishes itself through a combination of clean architectural geometry and practical functionality. Carefully selected materials and dynamic façade articulation contribute to a modern visual identity while ensuring durability and long-term performance. The integration of indoor and outdoor living areas allows residents to experience a fluid transition between interior comfort and outdoor relaxation.

Throughout the design and construction process, meticulous attention was placed on buildability, structural efficiency and construction precision. The final result is a contemporary residence that combines aesthetic simplicity with premium functional living.
