THE PARAGON with its dynamic sky villa concept, pioneers a new era of upgrades. The space draws inspiration from the French artistic charm of Monet’s Garden, transforming the impressionist master’s ode to the four seasons into the interplay of dawn and dusk beneath the luxurious stone gateway. The timeless grandeur of Qionghua blossoms into an epic narrative within the space, illuminated by the radiance of Armani artistic wall coverings and art glass. This is not merely dwelling—it is a harmonious symphony of nature, art, and French high-end luxury living.

Featuring an elevator hall and an entry hall, the dual foyer design redefines the homecoming ritual of distinguished families. Upon entry, a 6-meter-high lobby greets residents with cascading greenery. The 6.3-meter-high flower atrium achieves a true villa-like sense of space, while a 12-meter-long south-facing floor-to-ceiling window provides expansive views and abundant natural light, offering panoramic villa-level vistas. The ever-changing interplay of light and color serves as a decorative backdrop, with creeping branches casting delicate shadows on the windowsills, the fragrance of flowers drifting across the courtyard, and sunlight dancing perceptibly along the veins of leaves.

The whisper of wind through leaves lingers in the air, accompanied by the delicate scent of fresh blooms. Here, one can welcome the gentle breeze and the moon, gather with a few close friends, savor the relaxed elegance of a French aristocratic afternoon tea, or immerse in the art of floral design, recreating the ultimate romance of a garden stroll.

The second floor embraces a philosophy of secluded elegance, where a spiral staircase adds a touch of ceremonial grandeur to the transition. A palette of sophisticated gray and oatmeal weaves a serene foundation, while a bedside vine-inspired pendant light evokes blooming magnolias. The textured relief of Armani wall coverings unfolds like the veins of leaves, and a custom mosaic carpet is gently laid out with the delicate brushstrokes of Monet. In a toast, the city skyline merges with the fading glow of sunset to compose a magnificent panorama.
