Located in Shenzhen Bay Cultural Plaza, McDonald’s Art Museum is a unique space created for McDonald’s — not just a place to eat, but an immersive environment you can step into and explore like an art exhibition.

Inspired by themes of future aesthetics, playfulness, and imagination, the project brings together art, space, and brand storytelling to create a relaxed and engaging experience. Visitors can enjoy their meals while being surrounded by a visually rich and imaginative world.

The space is built around the concept of the “Big Bird Sister Art Museum,” featuring soft pink tones, flowing lines, and ambient lighting that create a light, dreamlike atmosphere. Drawing from natural elements like the sky and forest, the design transforms these ideas into spatial experiences — from glowing ceiling lights that resemble the sky to pathways that feel like walking through a futuristic forest.

Here, food, interaction, and art come together seamlessly. Every detail — from installations to visuals — invites visitors to engage, making dining a more immersive and memorable experience.

McDonald’s Art Museum aims to bring art into everyday life in an accessible way, turning a familiar brand into a meaningful part of the city’s cultural rhythm.
