Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Center

Positioned within Shenzhen’s Qianhai International Hub Center — a landmark TOD development at the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area — this 580 sqm residence reinterprets contemporary luxury through the lens of Eastern Zen philosophy. Under the concept of “Bay Area Nexus, Eastern Serenity,” the project creates a tranquil retreat above one of the world’s fastest-evolving metropolitan centers.



Inspired by the traditional Eastern ideal of mountain dwelling, the design transforms urban living into a meditative spatial experience. Expansive 11-meter-wide views draw natural light, skyline, and coastal scenery deep into the interior, while Roman travertine, warm wood, and handcrafted microcement surfaces establish a restrained and timeless material language. Rather than relying on excessive ornamentation, the space embraces stillness, texture, and proportion to evoke a sense of calm within the city.



Globally renowned brands including ARMANI, MINOTTI, POLIFORM, BOFFI, CASSINA, and V-ZUG were carefully integrated to balance international sophistication with Eastern spatial poetry. The study was conceived as a transformable Zen-inspired “box,” while the primary suite features a 180-degree glass façade that dissolves the boundary between architecture, nature, and the skyline beyond.



More than a luxury residence, the project is a reflection on modern living — redefining luxury not as visual excess, but as emotional authenticity, quietness, and inner balance amid the rhythm of a global city.
