The product utilizes bio-engineered, naturally colored cotton as its core material—a rare variety found in only one out of every 100,000 blooms. Because it requires no chemical dyeing, this material eliminates dye residue at the source. With each fiber resembling a curled rope, it increases the surface area of ventilation pores, delivering excellent breathability to free children from stuffiness during activities. Furthermore, the ultimate skin-friendliness and softness inherent in the colored cotton ensure great comfort for close-to-skin wear. In terms of warmth, the series innovatively develops three tiers: the 220 gsm version employs a double-sided brushed-and-sheared technique for basic warmth; the 250 gsm version introduces a structure of three layers (containing an air layer) to further improve heat retention; the 300 gsm version incorporates imported Toyobo heating fibers and cashmere for superior thermal insulation.

Through a meticulous six-stage process—including compact spinning, double-sided weaving, brushing, shearing (to 0.5 mm), hot calendering, and low-temperature fluffing—the fabric features cloud-like softness and a velvet-like touch. The 300 gsm version undergoes an additional stretch engineering technique, achieving high elasticity without compromising warmth. In addition, the fabric boasts 10A antibacterial properties that remain effective even after 300 washes, catering to the habit of frequent washing for children’s underwear while providing long-lasting protection for their delicate skin.

As for details, the product introduces high-elasticity spandex to enhance stretch, allowing unrestricted movement during activities. Moreover, a shallow round neckline, tagless labels, imported elastic latex bands, and a 4-needle 6-thread seamless construction work in tandem to minimize friction and irritation, significantly improving the overall wearing comfort.
