The hotel complex Alean Emerald Mandarin Garden was conceived as a living ecosystem shaped by the principles of emotional design — where each space carries its own atmosphere while flowing seamlessly into the next, from the lobby and restaurant to the spa complex and guest accommodations.

The lobby welcomes guests with an expansive open-plan layout filled with natural light, striking art pieces, and bold design accents, creating a strong and memorable first impression. A variety of lounge areas, together with the bar, reception, and intimate second-floor lounge, allows guests to choose the atmosphere that suits them best throughout the day.

The hotel’s two wings accommodate more than 700 guestrooms and serviced apartments, ranging from superior rooms to spacious suites, with layouts starting from 42 sq.m. Designed for both short stays and extended living, the hotel responds to a wide range of guest profiles — from solo travellers to families.

Across all room categories, the interiors were developed simultaneously with furniture selection and spatial zoning, allowing engineering and decorative solutions to integrate naturally within the architecture. Custom-patterned carpets were created specifically for the living areas, with yarn compositions selected for durability and tactile comfort, while entrance halls and bathrooms feature porcelain stoneware suited to high-use areas.

All rooms are equipped with bespoke lighting controls and motorised curtains, allowing guests to adapt the atmosphere in the room. Kitchen areas were planned according to professional ergonomic principles, ensuring intuitive storage, efficient circulation, and long-term comfort for extended stays.
