About The Entry

The site is located in Jiangqiao Town, Jiading District of Shanghai, adjacent to the city center frontier area, which is the throat of Shanghai's land transportation. Located in Hongqiao International Central Business District, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Huge development potential. The site is surrounded by water networks and convenient transportation. Surrounding supporting facilities are complete.

Amber gold, orange and cyan gray are used as main colors, taking the delicate lines in the misty and rainy scenes of southern Jiangnan and the grid lines of painting screens in Suzhou gardens as inspirations for composition, as well as the stone frames from Shanghai alleys.

Taking colors from urban art and shapes from traditional painting screens, sketching the subtle charm of southern Jiangnan in the style of modern Shanghai art.

The architectural style incorporates large glass facades adorned with metal profiles complemented by stone accents at the corners, creating an extended screen-like facade. The main color palette consists of Amber Gold, Orange, and Qingyun Gray. It draws inspiration from the delicate lines of pink walls and black tiles in the misty landscapes of southern China, as well as the segmented lines of screen-like structures in classical Suzhou gardens. By blending urban artistry through color selection and traditional screen painting through modern techniques, it captures the graceful charm of traditional Jiangnan with a contemporary flair.

Create a "Poetic Residence in Southern China, Modern Abode in Shanghai" concept.

The backyard features a mirrored water pool, surrounded by a covered corridor that embraces the water feature, leading directly to a scenic pavilion. The interior and the pavilion create a harmonious landscape, with the water reflecting the sky, creating an enchanting atmosphere. It aims to offer a unique experience of "vibrancy when outside, tranquility when inside."
