GoSkippy Rebrand

As a design team, we were tasked with rebranding GoSkippy Insurance and redesigning the website. The primary objective of our website redesign was to create a user-friendly platform that effectively communicates our brand message, engages our target audience and achieves our business goals. Offering customers a simple, stress-free and affordable way of purchasing insurance.



The website was designed with a mobile-first approach optimised for users accessing it from various devices, thereby expanding our reach and maximising engagement. We have also prioritised incorporating the WCAG 2.1 government accessibility guidelines into the website. It is really important to us that the GoSkippy website is inclusive, resulting in a notable improvement in customer retention and loyalty.



This rebrand & website redesign provides the company with more flexibility to expand and innovate across diverse mediums and platforms. By incorporating user-centric design principles, optimising functionality, and prioritising the user experience, we have successfully transformed our website.



Since the launch of our redesign we have witnessed a substantial increase in user engagement, conversion rates, website traffic and overall satisfaction. The revamped design and improved functionality have resulted in a significant decrease in bounce rate and an increase in the average time spent on the website.
