SUMMIT CONDO

During the design process, we sought to uncover the cultural context of the city and integrate it into the architecture, infusing the building with humanistic vitality. Therefore, we defined the architectural style as modern Chinese, aiming to combine Chinese elements with modern techniques to create a vibrant Modern Oriental Aesthetic Living Pavilion.

To integrate the architectural form and function naturally while incorporating the keywords "Chinese elements" and "modern techniques," we aim to create a modern aesthetic building that harmoniously combines architectural beauty with the cultural vitality of Dongyang. The design will release more spatial opportunities and consider the local context.

Facing the city road, the building will step back to form an urban square, embracing the urban space and actively integrating into the city. Internally, the design will ensure privacy by adopting an enclosed layout, showcasing the building's inclusiveness and privacy.

The "linear" layout will be employed, with a progressive arrangement of floors. The overall design will feature large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass and sloping roof forms, echoing the concept of modern Chinese design.

The combination of columns and void spaces will create lofty and spacious areas, transitioning between indoor and outdoor spaces with a clean and upright posture, establishing the architectural style and texture.

The facade materials will primarily include champagne-colored mirrored aluminum panels, white wood-textured PC bricks, and ultra-clear glass. Deep gray metal aluminum panels will be used as accents, carefully considered and meticulously crafted to enhance the overall refinement. Metal folding panels and metal grilles will further highlight the building's exquisite details.
