A fusion of Japandi style infuses the space with warmth and minimalism vibes. This 76-square-meter spare apartment serves not only a guesthouse for short-term accommodations, but also as a private kitchen for hosting celebrations. Probing concepts of the negative space, the planning aims on a natural and tranquil environment by switching the area compartments, instead of adding prominent decoration. Rather than focusing on a television, the round table in the heart of the space fosters conversation and connection, soaking in the energy of the cityscape through the windows.
