Mabady multifunctional meat grinder

As a multipurpose meat mincer for home use, this project delivers a creative design in respect of functionality and material in order to enhance the user-perceived experience and food health. The replacement and recombination of components bring about robust features and open up more possibilities for kitchen experience. MABADY Meat Mincer is a multipurpose meat mincer for home use. When starting to work, the designer sought to link ingredients, tools with user by leveraging the materials of higher safety and robust features. The replacement and recombination of components confers a plurality of functional purposes which makes cooking simplified, consumes less time and improves cooking efficiency. A separate use of cups avoids the cross contamination of meat and other ingredients, a problem that is likely to happen in traditional mincers. The fresh-keeping container comprising the non-slip pad and measuring cups is considered as a stroke of genius in respect of structural design. The hand-held cup lid with different choices of components brings the creative all-in-one design of shredding, slicing, cutting, stirring and egg whipping into reality. A machine serves more than one purposes and makes the processing of different ingredients friendly to user. At the time of food processing, a separate use of cups not only avoids meat odor from contaminating other ingredients, but also makes users reassured. For the sake of health, all measuring cups are fabricated from anti-bacterial stainless steel, the stirring blades are titanium-plated, a metal with better affinity to the human body and higher wellness. As three measuring cups vary in size, the designer has to think over how to securely fit the bearing of one size to different cup sizes in the fabrication process, without interfering in the proper running of cutter bit. Separate cups are a sort of challenge to the production technique.As part of this product, all metal components including measuring cups and cutter bit can be recycled and reused. Plastic components are fabricated from waste-minimizing, recyclable PE which is supposed to ease the impact on the environment to the extent possible.
