About The Entry

Nestled along a scenic riverside, this project embraces the grandeur of nature, perfectly suited for a serene and leisurely lifestyle. The design harmonizes with its surroundings, drawing inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape to shape the space, material selection, and cultural elements. Beyond the functional aspects of a "home," the space embodies three distinct themes—forest cabin, boutique hotel, and private club—through meticulously balanced proportions, expert craftsmanship in diverse materials, and uniquely curated decor. This synthesis showcases the versatility and playful spirit of contemporary spatial design.

The entrance features a rotating screen that doubles as a partition wall, accentuated by elevated wooden flooring and track curtains, creating a multifunctional room adjacent to the foyer. The main feature wall, extending from the entrance to the living area, is adorned with rich wood tones, rugged stone veneers, and faux stone panels, defining distinct zones with tall cabinets, low drawers, and a backdrop that exudes tasteful sophistication under varying light conditions. The ceiling design in the living and dining areas utilizes overlapping wood elements in a dual-sloped layout, enhancing the perceived height and concealing beams, sprinkler systems, and air conditioning vents, evoking the tranquil ambiance of a woodland cabin. In the multifunctional room and the reading nook behind the sofa, minimalist Japanese-style grids and modern sculptural white curve add an understated touch of elegance, effortlessly conveying a sense of refined luxury.
