In the collision between Oriental aesthetics and modern luxury, the team revitalizes the space with the help of regional colors in Guan Yi and Lingnan. When designing elevated floor, the team focuses on local cultural. Thus, taking "garden tour" as the design theme, it considers the real demands of people of different ages, such as the elderly, the middle-aged, teenagers and children. It creates a shared space with eight functional areas for people of different ages, realizing the extension of home in the community. Besides, it makes the space MA YUNE, a unique, luxury, elegant space by decorating the space in details with cultural elements of Lingnan. In the lower space, the team considers modern aesthetics and practical functions. It creates the first subsided courtyard club in Dongguan City. In this courtyard, visitors can experience of nature without boundaries and the beauty books. There are many areas of different styles. For example, the lobby where natural elements are used, exquisite, beautiful book corner, and the Zen tea area where visitors can have meditation. In these places, visitors can enjoy a unique Oriental courtyard life. In terms of furnishing, the team follows the tradition of Lingnan by using natural materials, such as wood and stone. These materials are environmentally friendly and highlight the beauty of nature. Color selection. Lingnan culture is bold in the use of color, a style that can create a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
