"Bedtime Distance" is an artistic exploration inspired by the phenomenon of revenge bedtime procrastination. This project delves into the contrasting activities and emotional states people experience while in bed, from the anxieties that delay sleep to serene and healing moments. Through thoughtfully designed products like the tear catcher bottle series, an interactive video that visualizes the impact of action with emotion on time and space, the Massage Stone named as “Stone Handle” and designed book slipcases inspired by the habit of bedtime reading, the project connects the physical space of the bed with the emotional journey of the night. Each item is meant to prompt reflection on pre-sleep choices and foster a sense of control and peace. By highlighting these bedtime behaviors, "Bedtime Distance" aims to provide insights and strategies for achieving a more balanced and restful nighttime routine, encouraging readers to reflect on their own habits and find peace in their nightly journey.
