The china brandLANDISON Hotel is situated in Dongyang, a city famous for its rich traditional Chinese Wood Carving culture. The hotel covers an area of approximately 43,000 square metres and as a full-service establishment, features a teahouse, banquet hall, Chinese restaurant, meeting rooms, and gym facilities.

The building’s façade is clean, neat, and dignified. Lighting designers accentuate the intricate details of the façade's texture, using carefully hidden up-grazing light for each carving-like detail. This has not only transformed the building's shadowy recesses during the day into a vibrant display at night , but prevented the glare to each hotel room as well. By utilizing changes in light and shadow, the building stands out from its surroundings after dark. 3000 color temperature is widely used ,while the intensity of the light is smartly balanced . The 72W , 12°LED floodlights are installed on the poles hiding among the trees to supplement light to the street-facing facade to showcase the hotel to the outside world.

AS a design hotel ,the interior lighting design definitely focuses on the quality and comfort. The lighting wants to enhance the Zen feeling for the oriental living .so the scene- making becomes the key .The color temperature is warm 2700 K. Most of up -closed lighting fixtures are carefully hidden to let guest feel the lighting without seeing the fixtures. The recessed downlight are all with anti- glare honey comb.. The lobby space is bright and even, express the warm welcome; the restaurant is relatively dark, but with enough light on the table. The controlling systems is widely used for all the public areas especially the banquet hall, which gives the feasibility for Chinese weddings ,different meetings ,parties . With the controlling system, The hotel rooms also take on different scenes based on the needs of guests to let them have a more pleasant stay.
