Green Forest Villa

Located in New Taipei City, the Green Forest Villa is a modern home that has been transformed from a bare-shell structure into a sophisticated, eco-friendly living space. The homeowner envisioned a spacious, naturally lit environment for hosting guests, complemented by an IMAX-grade home theater for immersive entertainment. As a passionate and hospitable individual, the homeowner emphasized creating grand, open reception areas, ensuring that both the living room and dining areas offer seamless, panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape. With the multi-level design of the house, smart home integration became a crucial element, incorporating an intelligent monitoring system to manage water usage, electricity consumption, and overall home automation.

Sustainability is at the core of the project' s design philosophy. Large windows were installed to maximize the use of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. The residence also features an advanced smart power management system to ensure energy efficiency. Green energy elements, such as electric vehicle charging stations, are seamlessly integrated into the design. The interior spaces are further enhanced by natural lighting, flowing water features, and an indoor waterfall, which contribute to improved air circulation and create a calming, health-conscious atmosphere.

The reception hall is characterized by a luxurious backlit marble feature wall, which adds a sense of grandeur to the space. A rotating digital canvas on the left side of the hall further elevates the aesthetic appeal, combining modern technology with artistic expression. The marble flooring features hidden lighting, which brightens the space and adds a sleek, contemporary touch. A unique gold ingot-shaped automatic door reflects both the homeowner' s personal taste and desire for prosperity. In the dining area, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains, seamlessly blending the interior with the natural beauty outside.

Drawing inspiration from the perfect combination of natural mountain scenery, open dining spaces, and cutting-edge technology, by merging modern technological elements with natural materials and open spaces, the Green Forest Villas creates an environment that is not only visually stunning but also eco-conscious and technologically advanced.
