About The Entry

The House of Holloway is proud to present the redevelopment of the Wiltshire Digital Drive website, a digital platform designed to support the charity’s mission of facilitating tech and laptop donations. The website features a full brand refresh, incorporating custom fonts and imagery that reflect Wiltshire Digital Drive’s unique identity. Key additions include an interactive map to locate donation drop-off points, a custom application form to streamline the donation process with easy back-end data collection, a free resource page to help users get to grips with their new tech, and a dedicated section to sign up as a referral partner, meeting the increased demand for partnerships after the site’s launch. Our goal was to create a seamless, user-friendly experience that encourages engagement and support from both individuals and businesses.

The Brief:

Wiltshire Digital Drive needed a complete overhaul of its very first website. They required a platform to raise awareness and simplify donations, including tech equipment and monetary contributions. The site also needed SEO improvements to increase online visibility and attract more supporters.

Key Deliverables:

Interactive Map: Users can easily find their nearest tech drop-off point.

Custom Application Form: Simplifies the donation process with backend data management.

Donation Sections: Separate areas for individual and corporate contributions.

Free Resource Page: Offers end users helpful tools to navigate their new tech.

Referral Partner Sign-Up: Supports the influx of partnership applications post-launch.

SEO Optimisation: Immediate improvements in search engine visibility, driving increased traffic and engagement.

What We Delivered:

We redesigned the website to enhance user experience and engagement. The interactive map and custom application form make donations more accessible, while the free resource page and referral partner sign-up sections extend the site’s functionality. Comprehensive SEO efforts have already boosted search engine rankings, attracting more visitors and donors.

Impact:

Since launch, Wiltshire Digital Drive has experienced a significant increase in online traffic, donations, and partnership applications. The website’s functionality, engaging features, and SEO improvements have been instrumental in raising awareness and furthering their charitable mission.
