About The Entry

The project, located in Suzhou’s higher education district, draws inspiration from the refined elegance of traditional Jiangnan gardens. Rooted in a rich cultural context, it seamlessly blends the joys of daily life with the leisurely experience of garden strolls, offering contemporary urban elites a sanctuary of understated luxury amidst nature's serene embrace.

Each space is connected to the central water courtyard by winding corridors, with subtle partitions that reveal new vistas while preserving a sense of intimacy. These spaces share a water yard, yet each offers a unique landscape perspective, crafting an immersive garden stroll experience.

Drawing on traditional Chinese garden techniques, the design unfolds a fun experience that invites a journey of discovery with winding paths and profound layers of depth. It creates a harmonious dialogue among the rhythm of nature, the passage of time, and the space, generating an elegant, transcendent atmosphere.
