To respond the border issue between the U.S. and Mexico, the design propose a monumental structure growing out from each side of the border, soaring and seemingly defying gravity, as if seeking to break free from the constraints of gravity and border walls. This concept would create a bilateral third space where people from both countries can freely come together and engage in cultural and intellectual exchange.

The act of building walls reflects the bureaucratic and hierarchical structures we face in today's modern society. What does our ideal society look like? Can we achieve maximum democracy and freedom while minimizing social and economic inequalities? Based on these questions, the design proposes a concept called the "Green New Deal" – a vision for future architecture that can dismantle barriers and create a 2,000-mile-long green corridor between the two sides. This public space would serve as a place for people to gather, exchange cultures and ideas, and create a bilateral third space.

People from both countries enter the main structure through two giant "legs." The center of the building features an artificial "floating island," serving as a zero-milestone for generating the green ecological corridor. Inside the building, there is a bilateral theater symbolizing dynamism and freedom. At the rear of the building, there is a movable large mechanical device responsible for dismantling the border walls along the track and recycling the construction waste to 3D-printed green infrastructure.

The emergence of robotics technology raises the question of how future construction methods will change. What if robots play a role in the construction process of future urban planning? And what if the buildings themselves become giant robots, and we live within them, just like the early Archigram's ‘Walking City’? With the advancement of automation and digital technology, these ideas are becoming more realistic. It is necessary to integrate technology with architecture, using advanced techniques for design and planning, to protect and construct ecosystems instead of depleting them. Close your eyes and imagine the people from both the United States and Mexico playing in the same park, with nature uniting us all together.
