This project aims to improve women's safety at night and in high-risk areas through scent design and environmental optimization. The study focuses on the spatio-temporal characteristics and environmental factors of crime, exploring the use of a combination of smell and lighting to create an "uncomfortable" environment, reduce the potential offender's stay, and enhance women's alertness.

Two smells are used in the final output to enhance the security of public areas: unpleasant smells released during crimeprone hours of the night can discourage offenders from staying. Release fresh smells at other times to restore normal environment.
