Cultural Education Practice Space of Power Supply Station

Abstracting and translating the visual language of the enterprise into the design language of the space, by controlling the spatial form, the design, office mode, and nature are re integrated, creating a composite office space that inspires team creativity, encourages communication and collaboration, and focuses on employee development, while empowering the corporate culture. Based on this, a clear and future expandable floor distribution logic is formed: the first floor is the business hall and control room; Floors 2-3 are open for office use; The 4th floor serves as a composite exhibition space, including innovative studios, leisure reading, psychological harbor, and equipment training functions; The 5th floor is dedicated to employee leisure and fitness, as well as a public cafeteria; The 6th floor serves as the conference center for the entire building. The nature of conventional office space is often distorted by the environment of partitioned workstations, blindly pursuing cost area while neglecting the value of enterprise display itself. Abandoning the lack of humanization in office spaces, while seeking to create efficient work and comfortable atmosphere, corporate culture can be seen everywhere. Based on the analysis of the preferences of the employees in the power supply station, the use of materials and color tones in the space is also relatively restrained. Each material aims to point to a unique spatial relationship and corresponding aesthetic construction. Based on the diverse forms and scene combinations required for office space, including solitude and discussion, quietness and noise, hardness and softness, designers hope to seek unity in contradictions. By combining different materials, connecting and shaping the overall space, using material texture and construction techniques to describe the tension balance between matter and consciousness.
