About The Entry

This knife set, inspired by flying eaves and dougong (bracket sets)—two classic elements in traditional Chinese architecture, ingeniously marries traditional aesthetics with modern design to achieve a harmonious unity of strength, stability, and beauty. It employs a step-like geometric structure, stable and lightweight with fluid lines.

The product takes into account comfort and convenience of use. The ergonomic handle with a sleek, delicate texture provides a comfortable grip; meanwhile, the addition of an iron counterweight ensures a balance between the handle and the blade to facilitate steady, smooth, and precise operations of users. The knife holder boasts an inclination of 45° for effortless knife insertion; benefiting from a transparent semi-enclosed structure, it enables users to clearly observe the knives stored inside, and significantly contributes to a tidy, aesthetically pleasing kitchen environment; moreover, the well-ventilated holder effectively prevents dampness and inhibits bacterial growth to keep knives always dry and hygienic for extended service life. The meticulously arranged slots are orderly with clear labels, whereby users can quickly and precisely access specific knives, convenient and efficient.

In terms of material selection, the blade, crafted from hard, wear-resistant 40Cr13 stainless steel, still maintains great sharpness after prolonged use. It also features superior corrosion and oxidation resistance, ensuring outstanding performance even in harsh conditions like high humidity.
