The 2025 New Taipei Lantern Festival will grandly debut at the New Taipei Metropolitan Park, with the theme "The Divine Snake Brings Good Fortune, Let's Play Together." It features a 12-meter giant technological snake lantern, a 4-meter Line Friends Minini large claw machine installation, and 10 major themed lantern areas.

This year's main lantern, "The Divine Snake Brings Good Fortune," combines a 12-meter giant snake with mesh projection technology. Through structural effects, it creates dynamic visuals of the snake's head and is complemented by light sculpture art, making the snake appear to slither through a cave, showcasing a vivid dynamic effect. This not only allows the audience to experience the unique charm of the Snake Year Lantern Festival but also symbolizes the divine snake bringing good luck and wealth for the entire year.

One of the highlights is the "Snake Shadow Maze Lantern Area," where shipping containers are used to form the snake's body, creating a maze-like environment. Inside the different containers, mirrors, light and shadow effects, and 3D paintings create a unique interactive experience for visitors.
