About The Entry

Arched by rivers and mountains, the region boasts unparalleled natural grandeur. The Yellow River has been the lifeblood of the Chinese Heluo culture, nurturing its rich historical heritage. Its distinctive geographical features embody the Eastern aesthetic philosophy of revering mountains and cherishing waters. The "Guan Shan Yue" real estate development is located in Luoyang, the ancient capital within the Heluo region. The sales center's layout and spatial design are inspired by the principle of "Mountains in View, Waters in Delight | Oriental Aesthetics in Harmony." By employing dynamic linear elements, the design captures the essence of the "arched" natural terrain and the magnificent eastward flow of the Luo River between two mountains—a scene historically celebrated as the most sublime landscape under heaven. This design approach, which conveys vast concepts through delicate details, epitomizes the depth of ancient Eastern aesthetics. Consequently, the project garnered widespread acclaim and achieved rapid sell-out success. The reception area masterfully combines stone, wood, metal, and glass, creating a harmonious space that balances strength and softness while exuding refined elegance. The sand table area, characterized by soaring ceilings and multifaceted structures, evokes the magnificent grandeur of towering mountains. Meanwhile, the negotiation area, with its serene color palette and premium fabrics, offers a comfortable and tranquil environment for communication. A meticulously designed "Lady's Flower Room" artfully integrates stone, metal, wicker, and fabric, complemented by an exquisite floral art wall. This thoughtful design crafts a warm and poetic living atmosphere. The stepped book lounge, dominated by natural wood tones, features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with abundant natural light, creating a bright and transparent reading sanctuary. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the space serves as an engaging and secure interactive area for family, cultivating a sense of joy and safety among residents.
