This project upgrades both user experiences and visual identity, aligning seamlessly with the bank’s long-term development goals while reinforcing its brand image. To address longstanding challenges—such as limited functionality, unclear navigation, and low user retention—this project optimizes interactions and revitalizes visuals, offering a next-generation mobile banking app that is intuitive, intelligent, and emotionally engaging. Additionally, this effort redefines the bank’s positioning as a “local lifestyle bank,” helping to boost its business growth and brand value.

The entire design focuses on five core pillars: ease of use, value delivery, thoughtful warmth, precision and intelligent services, and seamless scenario integration. Through extensive user research and design workshops, the project precisely identifies experience gaps, optimizing information architecture and interaction flows for better user experiences. The homepage features a modular layout that enables users to personalize the interface with customized cards, further enhanced with a pop-up AI assistant to streamline operations. Key functions like transfers and wealth management are optimized with seamless scenario-based flows. Additionally, the app dynamically adapts service pathways based on individual user behavior, ensuring personalized and precise user engagement. Unified design standards are also implemented to ensure consistency across platforms and facilitate future updates.

Through functional integration and visual upgrades, the Bank of Tangshan Personal Mobile Banking 6.0 marks a significant leap forward in its user engagement and appeal among younger groups. It also achieves considerable business outcomes by improving user retention and driving growth.
