About The Entry

Triple Bay Marina Village is part of Triple Bay masterplan set on the Red Sea coast and intends to accommodate visitors from across various commercial and hospitality ventures. Set in and against a unique natural environment of pronounced mountain backdrops and the pristine Red Sea coastline, the village caters to an integrated design approach that blends with the surrounding context and promotes cohesive activation nodes that connect the man-made marina at the heart of the development to the adjacent assets seamlessly.

The village welcomes guests through a striking arrival water feature which sits within a unique voronoi paving pattern that extends to reach the peripheries of the marina against the neighbouring resorts, the architectural marvel of the Corallium Marina Life Institute, and the Yacht Club. The village’s identity is highlighted through bespoke modular voronoi planters nestled within outdoor spaces and delimiting the marina environment providing a vast variety of native and adaptive flora of the region.

The landscape design ensures accessibility for all visitors, encouraging movement throughout the public realm while providing seamless connectivity to the adjacent luxury resorts, retail amenities and the wellness route network which runs tangentially North to South of it. With The Ritz-Carlton Resort, Equinox Hotel, Village Boutique Hotel, and Private Branded Villas within its precinct, the village aims to create a unique lifestyle for its residents and visitors alike.

At its core, the development prioritizes sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials to minimize environmental impact. The Vero Studio has implemented the Sustainability Management System requirements through its design solutions. From designing comfortable, accessible and interesting circulation routes with minimum car access to providing areas for leisure, wellness retreats, socializing and educational activities, whilst maximizing resource efficiency and enhancing connections with nature.

In conclusion, the landscape aims to provide guests with a sense of holistic well-being through an enriching coastal experience. The development prioritizes sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials to minimize environmental impact. The Marina stands out for its seamless combination of luxury, wellness whilst celebrating the precious natural setting.
