Iridescent Exploration: Lungomare's veiled enchantments

This project presents a forward-looking vision for the transformation of Lungomare’s waterfront area. Lungomare Riccardo Riva offers more than just “golden sand” beaches for summer tourists; the surrounding land holds a wealth of natural wonders such as pine forests, estuaries, and distinctive dunes. With some enhancements, this area could evolve into a year-round destination for both tourists and residents. Our efforts focus on uncovering its hidden gems, creating curated paths through different regions, and providing diverse experiences with iconic designs while respecting the essence of the location.

Our approach values both nature and humanity, aiming to unveil hidden landscape features while preserving the diverse and delicate ecology. At the heart of our proposal is the protection and revitalization of the dune ecosystems and estuarine wetlands, which form the ecological backbone of the area.
