Shenzhen Bay MixC BAY GARDEN

The project blends courtyard designs with modern techniques, using "Neo-Chinese Oriental Aesthetics" to create a tranquil Eastern courtyard. Inspired by the traditional Chinese zodiac sign "Snake" (2025 marks the Year of the Snake) and combined with its image depicted in the Classic of Mountains and Seas (Shan Hai Jing), the space incorporates a character 福(blessing)-shaped main art installation in the form of a winding snake swallowing coins, conveying the best wishes for the Chinese New Year. The courtyard adopts an enclosed Eastern courtyard layout, accentuated by wood panels, stones, lanterns, and other decoration elements. It features a noble and dignified red-gold color scheme, setting a vibrant and festive ambiance. The installations made from recycled plastic materials are placed near naturally lit areas for less resource consumption, contributing to green and low-carbon development.
