Project Title: The Bayview - Harbour Place Residence

Designed by Homeric Interior Design, this 890-square-foot home in Tokwawan is a serene retreat curated for a young couple who value warmth, functionality, and artistic detail. Guided by a Nordic-inspired philosophy, the project combines natural tones, elegant curves, and ample storage to reflect modern urban living in Hong Kong.

The home’s layout was reimagined to optimize daily comfort. A full-height shoe cabinet welcomes guests with concealed storage and a recessed shelf for everyday footwear. In the living and dining areas, soft neutrals, wood grains, and subtle wall textures layer effortlessly to evoke calm sophistication. Custom display shelves and lighting allow the couple to feature their art and music collections with personal flair.

The master bedroom features a high-saturation accent wall and integrated vanity along the windowsill, connecting color and function. A flexible walk-in closet includes hidden storage beneath a raised platform and can transform into a private retreat.

Bathrooms blend earth-toned tiles, soft lighting, and metallic accents, while the hidden-entry kitchen maximizes function and preserves spatial flow.

This project embodies Homeric’s belief: great design is deeply personal, tailored with care, and beautifully livable.
