The temporary architecture GIFT DOME is particularly created and designed for the exhibition & the pop-up shop during the 20th anniversaries of "ELLE DECORATION ". The creativity of this space combines the "sense of surprise" from the blind box and the diverse colors extracted from life. By combining the "joy of life" and "daily colors", the entire exhibition space is transformed into a huge "blind box" and named GIFT DOME .The design is based on sustainability and color, creating a dynamic and variable space installation for audiences, a space that can be participated in during the exhibition, a box that can bring surprises to everyone, and a pavilion that can be recycled and reused. The main structure of the design consists of three parts: a cushioning air bag from the most common degradable material in our lives-express packaging; a blind box container made of metal; and a frame system constructed of reused metal.

The main materials for designing "Gift Dome" come from the most common degradable materials in our lives - cushioning air bags for express packaging, blind box containers made of aluminum, and frame systems constructed of reused metals. The use of air bags not only serves as the external texture of blind boxes, but also becomes a carrier for the transformation and design of functional furniture. Through the tightening of woven belts, they will be reconstructed into public seats, bar tables and other furniture systems, and will be recycled and used again during the exhibition. Its function is constantly transformed between packaging and functional props, from logistics packaging for displaying goods to becoming a functional product on site, and can become logistics packaging for sold goods again after the exhibition. This cyclical process is to explore the answer to sustainable design in the exhibition industry, where materials are highly wasted, and to replace the commonly used design materials in the industry with more products with sustainable design concepts. While improving the design, it can more effectively reduce the waste of resources in the exhibition industry.
