Endless Vitality

The film was created as the theme promotion for the BenQ DesignVue Design Competition. Entitled Endless Vitality, it responds to the sustainability discourse at the intersection of nature, humanity, and technology. The ginkgo tree serves as the narrative protagonist, symbolizing longevity, witness, and cyclical renewal, binding together civilizational change and natural cycles.

Juxtapositions link camel caravans to drones, steam trains to jet aircraft, and drought to the rebirth of water-purification systems—completing an emotional arc of hope–anxiety–rebirth.

Poetic montage and symbolic transitions—red silk transforming into a cloak, paper planes ascending into flight paths—realize visual metamorphosis as conceptual evolution. “Infinite green” stitches scenes together, not as conventional landscapes but as temporal markers subtly embedded in props and settings. Colors shift from seasonal greens to industrial grays before returning to the clarity of fresh shoots, reminding designers to reclaim perception, sensitivity, and social consciousness in their creative process, while grounding abstract themes, and reminding audiences that design, like life, is itself endless vitality.
