Breaking Boundaries with Dezoning, Empowering with ONE TECH

Embracing the visionary concept of "Dezoning," the Siemens office space transcends conventional boundaries to cultivate an environment of fluid interaction and unbounded collaboration. Seamlessly integrating the corporate "ONE TECH" philosophy, the design harnesses technology to empower the space—fostering innovation, deepening connections, and shaping a new paradigm of workplace that harmonizes digital sophistication with natural sensibility, multi-functional versatility, and sustainable integrity.

Within the spatial arrangement, standardized guidelines elevate private offices, open workstations, and meeting rooms, while systematic partitioning enables swift, Eco-conscious construction. The tea zones on each floor emerge as vibrant social hubs—seamlessly blending lounge, meeting, and pantry functions. Enriched with poetic nods to Chinese garden design, movable screens, circular luminaries, and moon gate-inspired openings echo cultural motifs of inclusion and continuity, weaving tradition into contemporary flow.

A sophisticated material and color strategy defines each hub with layered tonal themes, where gradient carpets merge elegantly with vibrant screens and curated furnishings. In contrast, open work areas are bathed in an ethereal palette of light tones and white, enhanced by gradient films that balance transparency with privacy. At transitional corners, curated "visual moments" emerge—circular planters and custom rugs set against ring-shaped lights—transforming residual spaces into artistic interludes.

Guided by a compelling "Tech Journey" narrative, the overall experience breaks free from monotonous office conventions. Through multidimensional connections—both emotional and functional—the Siemens Dezoning workplace emerges not merely as a space for work, but as a dynamic ecosystem that ignites creativity and nurtures profound belonging.
